Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
Our production facility uses high-performance CNC turning and milling centres, allowing us to manufacture components precisely, reproducibly and economically – in single-part production as well as in series. We machine a wide range of materials, from standard steels through to high-alloy special materials.
Quality is not a downstream process for us but an integral part of every production stage. Continuous in-process inspection, modern measuring equipment and documented quality controls ensure the dimensional accuracy, surface quality and functionality of every single component – exactly to the customer's specification.
Assembly
Alongside manufacturing, we also carry out the professional assembly of components and complete sub-assemblies. We pay close attention to accurate fit, controlled tightening torques and systematic function testing – so that what we deliver is ready for immediate use.
Our assembly processes are designed for precision, traceability and process reliability. Whether individual assembly, pre-assembly or a complete system unit – we make sure that every part fits exactly and works smoothly. On request we also carry out assembly work on site at your premises.
Maintenance & Servicing
We stay by your side after delivery as well. We take care of the professional maintenance and servicing of your assemblies and machine components – regularly, documented and reliably.
The aim is to minimise downtime, extend the service life of your equipment and ensure lasting operational safety. Our service can be scheduled flexibly and is tailored to your individual systems.
